Terms & Conditions
Reservation Process:
• We encourage customers to make their reservations via the website booking system. However, in the event of a reservation error, we reserve the right to amend or cancel your request. We will make every effort to promptly inform you of any changes.
Deposit Requirements:
2.1 Restaurant Table Reservation for a Group of 5 or more:
• Deposit Requirement is £5 per person.
2.2 Karaoke Booth Hire:
• The full payment of the booth hire is required to secure the reservation.
2.3 Karaoke with Food Reservation:
• Deposit Requirement is £10 per person, The remaining balance will be settled on the night of arrival with a single payment for the group either in cash or by card.
2.4 Settlement of the deposit: • The Paid deposit will be deducted from the final bill.
Cancellation Policy:
3.1 Restaurant Reservation Cancellation Policy:
• Customers can cancel their restaurant reservations up to 24 hours before the scheduled reservation time. If a cancellation is made within the 24-hour window, the deposit will not be refunded.
3.2 Karaoke Booking Cancellation Policy:
• Customers can cancel their karaoke bookings up to 48 hours before the scheduled reservation time. If a cancellation occurs within the 48-hour window, the deposit will not be refunded. For cancellations made, whether for part of the group or the entire group, within less than 24 hours, full payment is required.
3.3 Email Confirmation:
• Cancellations must be made by sending an email confirmation to the restaurant. This ensures that the cancellation request is properly documented.
3.4 Late Arrival Reservation Cancellation Policy:
• If you arrive 15 minutes or more late for your restaurant reservation without prior notification, your reservation may be subject to cancellation.
• If you arrive 30 minutes or more late for your Karaoke reservation without prior notification, your reservation may be subject to cancellation.
3.5 Alternative Booth:
• We might assign you to an alternative booth of the same grade or offer an upgrade without extra charges and without notification.
Duration of your reservation: • The standard duration of karaoke room hire is 4 hours from the scheduled reservation time. Extensions beyond this period may be possible at our discretion and subject to availability.
• The standard duration of a restaurant table reservation is 2 hours from the scheduled reservation time. We reserve the right to request guests to vacate the table after the allocated 2-hour duration, in consideration of other diners.
Age Restrictions for the Karaoke:
• Individuals below 18 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult or guardian. Entry to the bar area is prohibited at all time. All underage children must exit the premises by 10:45 pm.
Karaoke Food Bookings
• We ask that all group members arrive before food service begins, as we serve the entire group at the same time and do not offer separate serving times. Special requests must be communicated and agreed upon in advance, subject to availability.
• For the karaoke food option deal, we kindly request that you pre-order your dishes at least 48 hours before the event. A food pre-order link is attached to your booking confirmation or sent in a separate email.
Food and Beverage Policy
7.1 No Outside Food and Beverages:
• Outside food and beverages are not allowed, except for birthday cakes. If outside beverages or food are found, a charge equivalent to the full menu price or £90 per item, whichever is higher, will be applicable. Alternatively, we reserve the right to terminate the offending party’s reservation without any refund.
7.2 The Quality of the Food and Beverages:
• In the unlikely event that you encounter any issues with the food or beverages, please inform the duty manager before continuing to consume them. We will make every effort to promptly address and rectify the issues. However, we cannot assume responsibility if you fail to inform the duty manager in a timely manner.
7.3 Allergens, Gluten-Free, and Halal Meat:
• We do not have separate facilities to handle food for allergens, halal meat, and gluten-free customers. During the food preparation and cooking process, ingredients may come in contact with allergens, even though we take precautions to avoid the ingredients that customers have requested. Customers assume their own risk.
Equipment and Property:
• Customers are fully responsible for any damage caused to the karaoke equipment or venue property during their reservation. Therefore, it is the customers’ responsibility to report to the duty manager prior to the party beginning if there are any issues.
Karaoke Song Selection
• We offer an extensive collection of karaoke songs in various languages, though we cannot guarantee the availability of specific songs you desire. No compensation will be provided if the song choices do not meet your expectations, as song preferences are subjective and based on personal choice.
Dress code:
• The dress code for both the karaoke venue and restaurant is smart casual.
Code of Conduct:
• Violent behaviour or disrespect towards staff or other customers, whether verbal or physical, is strictly prohibited. Any disruptive behaviour will result in immediate removal from the premises.
Liability Disclaimer:
• The restaurant and karaoke venue shall not be held responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur on the premises due to your own carelessness or under the influence of alcohol.
• The restaurant and karaoke venue shall not be held responsible for your personal belongings
Force Majeure:
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, labour disputes, acts of terrorism, and operating equipment failures, that affect our ability to operate the restaurant and karaoke venue, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel reservations and services without liability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and accommodate changes. However, we shall not be held responsible for any losses or damages arising from such situations
No Smoking and No illegal Substance Policy:
• Smoking is strictly prohibited within the venue, except for the approved designated smoking area located on the 3rd floor for the Karaoke customers.
• The use or possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the premises. Entry is restricted to individuals adhering to this policy.
Amendments to Terms:
• We reserve the right to update or modify the terms and conditions at our discretion. Any changes will be communicated to customers through our official website, email communication, or other appropriate means. It is recommended that customers review the terms periodically for any updates.
Privacy Policy:
• We are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect and process customer data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Your personal information will be used only for the purpose of managing reservations and providing services. We implement measures to safeguard your data and ensure its confidentiality.
